A five-day or four-day workweek with the same basic salary – we provide the right time model for your life

There is tough competition for highly qualified employees, especially because ConMoto (like many other companies) is actively searching for top-level candidates in the fields of mechanical engineering, automotive and IT. Our response to increasing demand is a flexible working time model. Employees may choose between a five-day workweek and a four-day workweek whilst receiving the same basic salary. By offering this possibility, we also hope to convince more women to choose a career as a business consultant.

Our working time model is an investment into our employees

Being a contemporary employer, we always strive to become more attractive to current and future employees to be able to achieve our ambitious growth objectives. Therefore, we are meeting the diverse expectations our employees have regarding their work-life-balance with our innovative working time model.

Choosing flexibly between a workweek of five or four days allows for an adjustment to individual needs. Changing between the two different workweeks is possible at any given time, providing that the period of remaining in one system should always exceed three months. Additional reductions of working hours are also temporarily available as mutually agreed.

Fair and efficient: our bonus system

Our dynamic bonus system ensures the possibility of an additional salary differentiation. We have designed the simple and transparent layout of our variable salary component in accordance with the invoiced consultant days. If invoiced days exceed a predetermined count, the consultant receives a certain percentage of the monthly basic salary for each additional day.

At a designated threshold value, the amount increases by an additional percentage. By capping the number of bonus days, we ensure that our consultants have enough time left for vacations, training and development as well as organizational matters.
