We offer our consultants a flexible working time model. They may choose between a four-day or five-day workweek whilst receiving the same basic salary. By offering this possibility, we also hope to convince more women to choose a career as a business consultant.
Our employees may adjust their working time to individual needs. The attainable salary differentiation between the two different workweek models results from our transparent, dynamic bonus system. We reward performance!
Changing between the two different workweeks is possible at any given time. Still, the period of remaining in one system should always exceed three months. Additional reductions of working hours are also temporarily available as agreed. We profit from the individual adjustment of working hours – so do our employees and clients.
